Florida Capital Assets, LLC has created a wholesale program that targets special acquisitions of foreclosed properties that may have a negative effect on value to the surrounding area. This program was first launched in Lee & Charlotte Counties. Due to our overwhelming success in these counties, we are planning on expanding this program statewide. Our Wholesale inventory consists of properties that are distressed by the temporary effects of the foreclosure crisis.
